The registration fee includes:
- Full access to all sessions
- All taxes (VAT 19%)
- Lunch and Coffee break on each day
- Dinner at a local traditional tavern

- Bag with conference programme, notepad, pen, tourist materials
- WiFi access
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be notified in writing by email at [email protected]
- All refunds will be processed after the completion of the conference.
- All processing fees including bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
- If cancellation is made:
- Until 31st March 2023 a refund of 50% of registration fee applies.
- Until 12th April 2023 a refund of 25% of registration fee applies
- After 12th April 2023 no refund applies
