ΕλληνικάThe Cyprus Youth Organisation is organising for the 8th year the "Up To YOU(th)" festival and invites everyone to live an exciting experience on Saturday 28 September at 17:00 at the Acropolis Park in Nicosia. The biggest celebration of youth, includes a rich programme of activities that will satisfy young and old alike.
This year is particularly significant for ONEK, as it marks 30 years of operation and dedication to supporting and empowering young people. "Up To YOU(th)", is a co-organised event with the IDEP and takes place in the context of the National Year of Youth.
The festival returns more refreshed and more inclusive than ever, as it has facilities for access for people with disabilities and includes activities such as a basketball match in collaboration with the Special Olympics. In addition, the provision of sign language interpretation at both the main events and tours, along with the installation of signage for those with visual impairments, amplifies the voice of people with disabilities and ensures equal participation for all.
Aiming to be the ideal opportunity for young people interested in getting actively involved in issues that concern them, such as the environment, human rights, culture, volunteering and more, the established NGO Fair is co-organised with the NGO Support Centre and the Cyprus Youth Council, with the dynamic participation of 70+ Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and other organisations.
