ΕλληνικάThe Cyprus Organization for Standardization (CYS) organizes an informative seminar on the 16th of November 2022 at 09:00 at Cleopatra Hotel in Nicosia, titled:
«The Role of International Standards in Artificial Intelligence»
The informative seminar is open to all with free entrance, aiming to inform all interested parties and relevant stakeholders on the role of international standards in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
The seminar will be held under the auspices of the the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy and will be addressed by Mr. Kostas Agrotis, Chairman of the Cyprus Computer Society (CCS) and Ms. Athina Panayiotou, Director General of Cyprus Organization for Standardization (CYS). The keynote speaker of the seminar is Mr. Peter Deussen, who is the Technical Expert of ISO/IEC JTC 42 Artificial Intelligence, and he actively participates in the development of international standards in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Additionally, there will be a brief presentation of the various standardization activities at National level in the field of Artificial Intelligence by CYS Standardization Officer.
