Two representatives from the Cyprus Computer Society, Ms. Marianna Hadjimichael, a software tester at a local software company and Mr. Dimitris Constantinou, an ICT teacher in public secondary education, attended the training activity, organised within the framework of the Migracode Erasmus+ project, from 26-29th September, in Sanderfjor, Norway..Partners had the opportunity to visit local coding academies offering various training programmes to vulnerable groups such as immigrants, homeless, people with disabilities preparing them for the job market. The successful Integrated Placement Support (IPS) model that is implemented by the Norwegian partner, Fonix, was presented in detail and partners discussed this best practice and its potential implementation in their countries.
