ΕλληνικάOn 12 September 2026, the Cyprus Computer Society (CCS) hosted the final dissemination and mainstreaming event for the Erasmus+ project BRIDGE ("Building Responsible Internet Discipline through Gamified Education for Immigrant Women") at the European University Cyprus in Nicosia.
Organised in parallel with the trainers' info day for the LEGO League Cyprus competition, the event brought together 21 key stakeholders from across the adult education and school sectors. Participants included educators from private training institutes operating in both urban and rural areas, as well as academic staff, managers, and teachers from public and private schools and universities.
Representing the Cyprus Computer Society, Dr. Panicos Masouras presented the core objectives and achievements of the BRIDGE project. He introduced the project's dedicated e-learning platform, highlighting its three tailored learning tracks.
- Managers' Track: Equipping institutional leadership to manage personal data responsibly and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Educators' Track: Providing teachers with pedagogical strategies to navigate digital safety and protect learner data.
- Learners' Track: Empowering adult learners to build digital confidence, secure their devices, and protect their digital footprint.
All attendees were invited to register on the platform, explore the interactive training materials, and complete the modules to earn formal certificates.
