Last week, the kick off meeting of the exciting Digital Skills Wallet project (Erasmus+ Forward-looking, 2022) was held in Nicosia, Cyprus. The project aims to develop a digital ecosystem that fosters lifelong learning by equipping individuals with crucial digital skills, with a particular focus on the five digital skill aspects of the European DigiComp framework.
This goal will be achieved through the use of micro-credentials that address these critical digital skills.
The partnership behind the project comprises eight organizations from five different countries within the European Union: Cyprus, Greece, Ireland, Italy, and Romania. The meeting brought together all partners, who participated either in person or
online.
Through this project, we hope to make a significant contribution to the development of digital skills, which are becoming increasingly vital in today's rapidly changing world. By creating a
comprehensive digital ecosystem that equips individuals with these essential skills, we aim to foster lifelong learning and help people adapt to the demands of the digital age. We are
excited to embark on this journey and look forward to the positive impact the project will have on individuals and communities alike.
