The FIRST® LEGO® League is the largest robotics league in the world and enables children aged 4 - 16 to participate in a unique festival through which they learn, interact, collaborate and have fun! It introduces science, technology, engineering and math (STEAM) to children aged 4-16 through fun, engaging and hands-on learning and develops 21st century skills.
The FIRST® LEGO® League is part of the robotics programs offered by the FIRST Inspires organization.
FLL Cyprus 2024 includes 3 programs aimed at 3 age categories as follows:
- FLL Discover (event/expo) Each team consists of 2-4 children (4-6 years old, pre-toddlers and toddlers)
- FLL Explore (event/expo) Each team consists of 2-6 children (6 - 10 years old, 1st - 4th grade)
- FLL Challenge (διαγωνισμός) Each team consists of 2-10 children (9 - 16 years old, 5th grade - 2nd high school)
